Booking Changes and Applicable Fees

Bookings made through Magikventure.com may be subject to change or cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers. These fees vary depending on the provider, type of service, fare rules, and booking conditions. Most changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to scheduled departure, though some providers may enforce stricter deadlines. To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend contacting our customer support team to review the specific rules and conditions attached to your reservation before making any changes.

Air Ticket Refund Policy

Most airline tickets purchased through Magikventure.com are non-refundable, as per the airline’s fare rules. If your ticket allows cancellation, you may be eligible for a future travel credit with the same airline and traveler name, subject to the airline’s validity period, blackout dates, and other conditions. All cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure time—requests made after departure are typically not accepted. If a travel credit is applied to a new booking, any fare difference must be paid by the traveler. Our support team can explain fare restrictions and assist you with the process. All refunds and future credits are subject to the airline’s rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees displayed in your local currency at checkout are charged per passenger and per ticket (including adults, children, seniors, infants, students, and military travelers). Booking fees, post-ticketing service fees, and fees for changes, cancellations, or refunds are non-refundable and may be adjusted without prior notice. These charges are in addition to any fees imposed by airlines or travel providers. Government taxes and fees may vary, but you will only be charged the total amount confirmed at the time of booking.

Cruise Refund Policy

Cruise cancellation penalties depend on how far in advance the booking is canceled. While specific terms vary by cruise line, the following are typical guidelines:

  • 90 days or more before departure: No cancellation penalty; full refund minus any non-refundable deposits
  • • 89–75 days before departure: Deposit forfeited; no refund of deposit
  • • 74–61 days before departure: 50% of the total fare charged as a penalty; partial refund may apply
  • • 60–31 days before departure: 75% of the total fare charged as a penalty; minimal refund, if any
  • • 30 days or fewer before departure: 100% cancellation penalty; no refund

Exact penalties, deposit amounts, and refund eligibility are determined by the cruise line’s policy at the time of booking.

Refund Eligibility and Processing

Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules of your airline ticket, cruise package, or other travel service, and requires submission of a refund request through Magikventure.com. Bookings classified as “no shows” (failure to board a flight, cruise, or other reserved service) are generally non-refundable. While Magikventure may request waivers from travel providers on your behalf, approval is entirely at the provider’s discretion.

After submitting a refund request, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This confirms receipt of your request but does not guarantee approval.

If approved, refunds are processed according to the supplier’s policies and may take approximately 60 to 90 days to appear on your original form of payment. Supplier-imposed penalties, taxes, or surcharges may be deducted from the refunded amount. Magikventure service and booking fees are non-refundable. An additional per-passenger, per-ticket service fee may apply for processing an approved refund.

If a refund request is denied by the provider, any applicable post-ticketing service fees charged by Magikventure will be refunded within 21 business days.
